Contact support at support@mightymeeting.net.
MightyMeeting supports presentations in Microsoft Office and PDF formats. If you have a presentation in another format, e.g. Keynote, convert it to PDF or PPT before uploading it to MightyMeeting.
You can email us a presentation at upload@mightymeeting.com from the same email address that you used to register with the service. You can also upload a presentation at www.mightymeeting.com.
In the iOS app, flick your finger left to right over a presentation in the list and then tap "Delete". On Android, touch and hold a presentation in the list and then tap "Delete" in the popup menu that appears.
At the moment, we support and enforce the traditional 4:3 aspect ratio: 640x480, 960x720, etc. Please reformat your presentation to match this ratio and try uploading it again. We do plan to support other types of presentations as well.
It usually takes two to five minutes. The actual time depends on the system load and the size of the presentation.
Email us if you think that your presentation is stuck in the conversion queue and we will investigate. Problems may be caused by macros, ActiveX controls, exotic fonts, and other "unusual" items embedded in presentations.
If your PowerPoint presentation cannot be processed for some reason, try uploading it in PDF format.
